Ramsi’s is the place to go if you’re trying to eat more vegetables, or really if you are just trying to eat good food! This dish is a stir fry with red peppers, carrots, broccoli, squash and snow peas with whole grain rice and a mild black bean sauce. It was delicious!
**Make sure to let your waiter know if you want whole grain rice; otherwise, it will come with white rice.
