Ramsi’s is the place to go if you’re trying to eat more vegetables, or really if you are just trying to eat good food!  This dish is a stir fry with red peppers, carrots, broccoli, squash and snow peas with whole grain rice and a mild black bean sauce.  It was delicious!

**Make sure to let your waiter know if you want whole grain rice; otherwise, it will come with white rice.

I don't know about you, but I definitely do NOT get the recommended 3-5 servings of vegetables a day. I'm trying to do better though! I created this site to help people like me find tasty ways to eat more vegetables. I'll be posting any new ideas that I come up with to squeeze a serving of vegetables into my diet.
