This delicious pasta at Ramsi’s Cafe on the World will give you a serving of broccoli and tomatoes without you even realizing that you’re eating vegetables.

I asked for blackened chicken, because that’s what the waitress recommended, and it was an awesome combination with the creamy pesto sauce!

vegetable stir fry from Ramsi’s

Ramsi’s is the place to go if you’re trying to eat more vegetables, or really if you are just trying to eat good food!  This dish is a stir fry with red peppers, carrots, broccoli, squash and snow peas with whole grain rice and a mild black bean sauce.  It was delicious!

spinach salad–Ramsi’s Cafe on the World

Ramsi's spinach salad

Ramsi’s Cafe on the World is a great place to go if you’re trying to eat vegetables. They have a whole vegan menu, and if you are not vegan, you can easily add meat to any vegetarian dish. The salad that I ordered tasted so much better than the one I posted previously.  It had strawberries, apples and toasted almonds with basil balsamic vinaigrette. Maybe basil balsamic vinaigrette would be good on the salad I posted earlier.  (Click here to see the previous salad recipe.)
